There was a “Memory Gem” for, honesty, kindness, love of education, and various qualities needed to foster individual success and good citizenship. Right...now I think we are getting the hang of this in the future (finances allowing it) I will take the show up to two hours and get some guests on. I have a couple lined up and I am sure that when they are here you will find them very interesting. So what is the topic this week? Let me see now...how about the ethics of being a Medium. Something not often or rarely touched on so I think this will be a very interesting subject. Ethics – I have a policy with my site[s] and with those that I teach that if you cannot be true to yourself then you cannot be true to Spirit. There are a great number of Charlatans out there who make the work we genuine Mediums do, that much harder. I would like to think that the general public...those that visit Mediums do so on the basis of a recommendation from another (word of mouth). An ex-father-in-law once said to me that ‘If you have to advertise then you can’t be any good at what you do!’ You know you hear these little gems of sayings or words of advice and certain ones stick right there at the front of the brain, well that is one of them and to prove a point, I once owned a Chevy Blazer and I thought I would advertise what I did on it. I did not get one...not one call or enquiry about Mediumship...so in my eyes he was right. Ladies and Gentlemen...we have to be true to ourselves so that we can be true to others. If we are not then there is no point in us pretending to be a voice for Spirit. They are our Judge, they are the ones that make us as good as they want us to be...not you not the public...it is Spirit. There is no need to exaggerate your gift, exaggerate your skills because Spirit can take it away from you just as quickly as they gave it to you. I have had this discussion before and will no doubt have it again. Folks the genuine Spiritualists & Mediums will have a lot of work to do in the not too distant future...be true, be faithful to Spirit and they will be like so to you. Thank you.

Girls Educational & Mentoring Services (GEMS) is the only organization in New York State specifically designed to serve girls and young women who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking. GEMS was founded in 1998 by Rachel Lloyd, a young woman who had been sexually exploited as a teenager. GEMS has helped hundreds of young women and girls, ages 12-24, who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking to exit the commercial sex industry and to develop to their full potential. GEMS provides young women with empathetic, consistent support and viable opportunities for positive change. The average age an American girl is trafficked into the sex trade is between 12 and 14 years old. Girls Are Not for Sale is a campaign of Girls Educational & Mentoring Services (GEMS), the nation's largest non-profit organization specifically designed to empower American girls and young women, ages 12-21, who have experienced sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking to exit the commercial sex industry and develop to their full potential.
